Return Policy for Flawed Wines

The Corner Napa will accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase for wines that are "corked" or flawed in quality. We will replace or refund such defective wines once they have been returned to us and found to have been defective at the time of shipment from our facility. If you find a fault with your wine, please contact us via email at adam@thecornernapa.com, and we will help to arrange return of the defective wine.  

If there are any issues with an order, The Corner Napa must be informed within thirty (30) days of the delivery date in order to take action or provide a solution or refund.

Unfortunate as it may be, from time to time you may encounter a “corked” or flawed wine.  While these are relatively rare occurrences, we accept them as part of the wine business. The Corner Napa will work with you to resolve any issue with a “corked” or otherwise flawed wine within the specified 30 day time-frame.

Note:

The Corner Napa cannot be responsible for damage resulting from Force Majeure, nor can we be held accountable for improper storage of wine or improper handling following shipment from our facilities. "Force Majeure" means war or civil commotion, Acts of God, seizure or other acts of civil or military authority, insurrections, riot, strike, acts of terror, enemies of the government, failure of public utilities, embargoes, riots, civil disturbances, fires, explosions, storms, floods, typhoons, earthquakes, and other natural calamities, strikes and labor disputes, any threat of any of the foregoing, and any other cause beyond the reasonable control of The Corner Napa.

Refund Policy for Non-Defective Wines

If a return is accepted, a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned non-defective wine will be assessed.

The Corner Napa only accepts returns of non-defective wines within thirty (30) days of purchase. The original form of payment will be refunded, less the 10% restocking fee.
